Pay Group Setup - Details Tab

This tab allows users to modify pay group descriptions and statuses.

  • The Description field will be automatically populated from the Add Pay Group form, but can be edited.
  • Select Inactive or Active from the Status drop-down list.
  • Check the Allow Lump Sum Worked Hours Entry box to allow the entry of lump sum hours for the selected pay group under Input: Hours.
    • For existing employee jobs, the pay group cannot be updated to one that has a different Allow Lump Sum Worked Hours Entry setting if there are any unprocessed or unfinalized worked hours tied to that employee job.

  • Click the save changes button.
